Cancelation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit creates a barrier to others who could have accessed services during this time. As such, Shannon Martin Counselling Services requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice and/or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee which reflects a full session fee.
